Our extra-curricular highlights
Debating and public speaking
Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events.
Creative and performing arts
Our creative and performing arts programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities. Our school participates in the Great Lakes Learning Community biannual performing arts showcase, Shine On.
Trips and excursions
Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world.
Cultural activities
Our school celebrates cultural diversity through a range of cultural activities for all our students. These events provide our students meaningful opportunites to learn about and appreciate the traditions, stories and history of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Student leadership
Our students participate in a range of leadership opportunities within our school. This allows our students to be a role model to younger students and give back to our school community, by helping foster stronger connections with others.
